1. Product(s) must be the same brand, model year, model number, MSRP, mileage, CARFAX status that a franchise dealer is offering. Price match excludes dealer trades and special orders, additional fees will apply to these transactions.
2. Competitor’s printout, photo, smartphone display may be emailed or texted to show competitor’s online advertising for verification purposes.
3. Price match policy does not apply to competitor advertising/pricing errors.
4. State regulated F&I products are exclusions to this policy.
5. Competitor vehicle must be in stock and still currently available for sale.
6. Payment matching is subject to lender approval per terms agreed.
7. Casa GMC will always match the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We are unwilling to override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.
8. Dealer installed accessories are exclusions to price match policy.
9. Exclusions - prices advertised Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
10. Prices must be within current calendar month, offers from prior months will be excluded.
11. Casa GMC may elect to call competitor’s store or verify website address of franchise dealer to verify pricing and availability of competitor’s vehicle.
12. We honor all competitor New Car advertising within 100 Miles.
13. With price concerns no longer a factor, simply let us know which vehicle; so you may begin enjoying your new vehicle as quickly as possible.
